A reading of “Price of Change’ at the Pierhead Building, Cardiff

We have been working throughout the pandemic, researching, developing and rehearsing new work. We have three pieces at various stages of preparation:

Elvis – The Rhondda Years ‘ – a musical farce about a somewhat dysfunctional Welsh family of Elvis tribute artists, preparing for their farewell show at The Elvis Festival Porthcawl. This piece was staged and toured South Wales in late 2022. More Info Here

‘Price of Change’ play – a theatre piece tells about the life and work of the great Welsh philosopher and mathematician, Dr. Richard Price of Llangeinor – a great figure for our own times, who fought for liberty, equality, freedom from slavery, and for women’s rights. This work is set in the Garw Valley and will be performed in the Autumn of 2023 to celebrate Prices’ 300th anniversary. More Info Here

‘Sanctuary – The Secrets of the Gunter Mansion’ it to be staged in June 2023 at the Borough Theatre in Abergavenny. It will aim to tell the story of recusant Catholics hiding in ‘The Gunter House’ in Abergavenny in the early 17th century as well as look at the stories and experiences of contemporary refugees – from Syria – who are finding support in the community in the town today.
